Since 2009 Horsten International is a certified service provider ("Erkend Dienstverlener") under the KMO-portefeuille subsidy program of the Flemish Government. Starting from 1 April 2016 a new system is put in place, which simplifies the system and also changes the conditions under which SME's from the Flanders Region can receive subsidies.

We are pleased to announce the new Chinese website of Floralia Brussels. Horsten International prepared the conceptual design and content of the website, intended to attract more Chinese tourists for the event to take place from April 6th until May 6th, 2016.
